Water Meter Upgrade
The City of Woodhaven is upgrading your water meter. Please contact the Water Department 734-675-4908 or Public Service 734-675-4919 to schedule your appointment. The process will take about a half hour to change your meter. Also please make sure the area around your current meter (usually located in the basement) is clear of items to allow for easier installation.
As a part of our ongoing efforts to improve services to our customers, we are now offering you direct and secure access to your meter usage data. The Woodhaven Water and Sewer Department Eyeonwater (Registered Trademark) Online available tools include a secure online website to review and analyze your usage patterns. A consumer smartphone application will be made available after the initial online set up. Please visit your carrier's app store to download your app on your smartphone.

You will need the following information to register for an online account:
1. Zip Code
2. Water Account Number (including dashes) This is located on your water bill or call the water department.
3. Email Address
Once your meter has been upgraded please allow City employees 24-48 hours to upload your new meter information.
